Nate has been a fantastic Terminix technician to work with. He is always polite and professional, and he takes the time to explain what he’s seeing and what he’s doing so we feel informed and comfortable. What really stands out is his thoroughness — he carefully checks problem areas and never rushes the appointment. He’s also clearly committed to solving the issue, going above and beyond while on-site to do everything possible to fight the pests and prevent them from coming back. We really appreciate the effort he puts into every visit and the peace of mind that comes with it.

Kaleb was spectacular! On top of routine pest control service, I asked him to look into an ant issue we have been having. He went above and beyond to find the exact cause, came back for follow up, and was communicative every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Our HOA recently had the annual inside termite bond inspection. Josh from Terminix was early for my appointment and happy to wait. He answered my questions happily and in full detail. He was professional, polite, and pleasant. Thanks for your service Josh!

Lans saved our house!! We had an awful invasion of German cockroaches I didn’t think they would ever go away. Lans worked so hard and we are roach free!! Plus found I had termites and they did an amazing job getting rid of them. The service is great and Lans is the best!

Lans is my Terminix technician. He is wonderful, always arrives exactly at the scheduled time, does a great job, and is super friendly. Since starting with Tetminix, we haven't had any bug problems in our house.
