The product coming out of East Texas Direct is great! Always accurate and double checked to make the installation process easier out in the field.
The Roberts serviced my 3 house garage doors along with 5 commercial doors. House doors had normal service, but the commercial ones were tilted in tracks and difficult to open. Appreciated their efforts adjusting the tension springs. Easier to open now than when newly installed.
The Roberts family has brought their world class customer service to the Piney Woods. Do yourself a favor, consider calling them for all your garage door needs.
