L & L Plumbing & Septic

They installed hot water heater in our new house and it was installed incorrectly. They did not install the tmp valve correctly, after 6 months it is rusty and not connected to a line that drains the water out of the house or in a drain pan. It has been leaking probably from day one and has leaked through our ceiling, ruining the ceiling and it is also caused a mold issue because it has been dripping for so long. I am including pictures. They also included septic system wrong and we are having to pay to fix that. We don’t want to deal with them ever again.

This company put in a septic system for my mom's house recently. A guy was in our backyard this week, and I saw that he was in L&L truck. My husband asked why he was here ( and not at the septic they installed) and he said he was told to inspect it. Fine. He told my husband that our pump was bad, but L&L could not replace it because they didn't install the system. he offered to do it "on the side" for us for $150-$300. I called another septic company that we have used in the past, and they inspected the next day. they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with our system. I complained about this to the secretary of L&L. I told his secretary that I thought they should reimburse me the $85.00 that I was out because their employee was trying to scam us on something that we didn't even

Sadly, they are no longer the company they were a couple of years ago. We had them plumb our new house, re-plumb an existing house, and install a septic system - about $15,000 worth of work over the past couple of years. Now we're told that they are so far behind that they will not take any more service calls, even for existing clients. Literally told to "go find another plumber." Very disappointing. We have a septic problem that they likely caused on their previous service call but they won't come out to confirm, check warranty status, or repair it - even for a fee. I understand being short-handed but it appears it's a management problem in not being able to staff to your current needs. Simple supply and demand problem. L&L fit us into their schedule on a day they were booked fully. The technician they sent to our home was thorough and explained what he was doing and how the septic system worked. It was a great education. When we have a septic system need I will be calling L&L Plumbing and Septic.

Let me just say that the bad reviews have to be for another company. I called this morning at 8am hoping that I could get someone out this week to help fix a blockage in my septic system and lo and behold Jason showed up 3 hrs later! He greeted me and got straight to work after I told him what was going on. He thoroughly checked my whole system and found 2 issues with it. One he completely knocked out in under an hour and the other one his partner will be back to complete due to it being more of a inside plumbing issue. When you have a plumbing issue its kind of urgent for the customer. Jason completely blew me away with his urgency, kindness, and ability to help me understand what exactly is going on with our system.
