This system that Tim installed lasted only lasted 8 years before the galvanized nipple on the pump discharge failed. If they would have properly taped the galvanized fittings, the system probably would have lasted for the entire life of pump (which still worked) As you can see most of the galvanized nipple still appears to be in good condition, except a ~ 3/8inch hole. And yes the water is slightly acidic in my area and has some iron.

Jason and his crew are simply the best - - hands down... courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Oh yeah - - and patient! Answered my crazy questions in a way I could actually understand. If you need something done with wells, this is the team to call!

My Husband and I paid $3,000.00+ for a new filter system on our well from East Texas Water Wells. Less than 2 months later the water continued to be discolored and still smelled like rotten eggs. East Texas Water Well came back out discovered that there "must be a leak somewhere " turned off our water and never returned. When I spoke to the women in the office she said they would return shortly to turn the water back on. Mind you this was late July and I had no way to get water to my animals. We ended up having to pay a different water well company. They came and shut off the suspected valve until the plumber arrived. I have NEVER heard back from East Texas Water Wells about the filtration system they installed and our poor quality of water not to mention MIA when we really needed help wit

Tim and his crew went above and beyond for this project!! We had built a new construction home on our land and the water utility company in the area had denied us service. We had requested quotes from several companies in East Texas. Tim's company had the best quote and lead time. He was able to get us in sooner than expected! He did an extraordinary job on drilling the well and also ran plumbing and electrical wiring to our house. With all of the rain in East Texas, we had several eroded areas close to our house. They leveled the land around our home for us after finishing their work! We are so grateful for everything they did!
