We are two years new to East Texas and have had trouble finding dependable service companies, that is until we found Knowles Roofing and their sister company, Knowles Rain Solutions. When the devastating storms hit in the spring of 2024, we chose Knowles for our roofing and gutter needs, hoping they would be different than what we had already experienced. We are happy to report that not only are they responsive and show up when they say they will, but their companies are some of the best around. They answered all our questions and came back after the jobs were finished to make sure we were happy. If we weren't, they made it right. They are officially "our" company - our go-to when needed. Knowles Rain Solutions has placed gutters on our home and my parents home and will be placing them on the shop when the time comes. I initially reached out to them after getting the run around from another company. Knowles Rain Solutions was very happy to pick up the slack. I had an estimate and gutters in 3 weeks time tops. The young ladies in the office are great with communication between the customers and the guys placing the gutters on our homes. They are willing to help with all water drainage solutions from drains, to extending down spouts, moving downspouts if needed and answering questions about rain barrels.
