Joe did a mini split ac/heater in my basement, two yrs ago Which went well, clean professional work. A week ago my central ac went down. I called him he asked me to take a picture of the unit and was at my house the next day with the replacement part. He got my ac up and running right away. Definitely will recommend him to friends and family

I used this company for three seasons when moved into my house. I paid them for mini service calls on all of my HVAC At the end of 2020 they installed a brand new condenser 5 ton unit. It was operational for one season. I called two weeks ago to request a service call that the units weren’t working. No response then the owner said he had a dentist surgery and couldn’t make it. And then stopped responding to my calls altogether only when I threatened to report him did he call me and say call someone else… very unprofessional, did not stand behind their product or their installation, I would definitely not recommend using them now I’m stuck without any AC on a unit I use for one year., They claim on their site to be all about service and customer satisfaction apparently not
