Eastern Overhead Door

I got 5 estimates to fix or repair my garage door and I'm glad I went with Eastern Overhead. They came out quickly and we're very thorough, knowledgeable, and informative. He went over different options including fixes, door replacement only, and door/opener replacements. Most of the other places really just wanted to push me in one direction or the other (usually at least a new door). Their prices were very reasonable and gave me the most for my money. There workmanship is solid and they got the job done in a timely fashion. It's just 3 brothers doing all the scheduling and work so it's nice to patronize a small local company.

I became an Eastern Overhead Doors customer a few years ago and I'll be staying one. They provide very skilled, high quality installation and service, with quick response times and great customer service. 100% recommended.

One of my garage coils broke and I called a few places before choosing Eastern. Their pricing was the best by far and after the installation and interacting with their technician, I can't imagine getting better customer service anywhere. He told my that my motor looked pretty old and to just keep an eye on it. Sure enough, it died recently and I called them right up. Once again, their pricing was the best, and that was for a LiftMaster wifi unit with all the bells and whistles. A different technician did this installation, but he was just as helpful and professional. I would recommend them to anybody, anytime.

These guys are awesome, gave me a great rate and a lot of different options on which garage doors would suit my needs best. Wouldn’t think twice about using them again. A+ to Charles and his staff. Very dependable and professional!
