Eastside Heating & Air Conditioning

Installed a furnace in our new construction home 3 years ago and unit already has extensive rust on inside that was deemed by two other companies to be at risk of failure. Despite being under warranty, the response from Eastside is we can do nothing to repair or replace this unit. Awful customer service and support to make a bad situation right.

They are one of the absolute worst to deal with. They have no respect for the customer and our time. I have sat around waiting for them with the 4 hour window they ask for. They don't call you and or even bother to show up. The following day when they finally decided to show up the tech did not bring the proper equipment to complete the issue. I'm not sure about anyone else but when I go to work I'm 100% prepared to do my job. I mean otherwise I wouldn't have it. So again I wait the following day for another tech who finally decides to show up an hour after his 4 hour window and thats only because I kept calling complaining. Once again he fixed part of the problem. Apparently it was a bigger issue than expected so again my airconditioner is not working and the tech was supposed to cal

Great quality service! Eastside was quick to get us on their schedule, even with the high demand for these services right now. Raul was timely and easy to work with. Not only did he clean our outside unit and replace our coolant, but he also gave us some advice on how to better maintain our system and how often to call his team for standard maintenance. The pricing was in line with what is expected for these services. As first time homeowners, we are so happy to find a company we can continue to work with!

Eastside Heating installed a new energy efficient furnace. DJ helped get us setup and scheduled. The crew arrived on the day specified and at the time said. We were completely informed of what would happen and how long it would take. Also installed a digital thermostat. We are pleased. Thank you.
