Eby's Oil Inc. - John J Nolt Company

Extremely disappointed with this oil company’s reliability and customer service. On multiple occasions, tasks that were clearly discussed and confirmed were not completed, requiring follow-up calls and additional time on my end. When I contacted the office to resolve the issue, the response was cold and dismissive rather than solution-focused. Instead of taking ownership and addressing the concern professionally, I was met with a tone that felt indifferent and unhelpful. For an essential service provider, reliability and respectful communication should be the bare minimum. Based on my experience, there are clear issues with follow-through and front office professionalism that management needs to address.

Psycho driver speeing dangerously down our road at 9 am today. Almost hit a neighbor about to pull out of their driveway. Have them flying past our home on camera... same logo, same truck as in your website.

I’ve been using Eby’s for years. Always consistent wonderful customer service, quick delivery time, and reliable. Ordered oil the day after Christmas at 2pm (Thursday) and they had oil to me by 8am on Friday. Highly recommend

Terrible customer service. I've been a customer for several years, needed to order heating oil and was told I am no longer in their service area. A heads up about that would have been nice, but considering the lack of customer service by the person that answered the phone I should not be surprised. I found a company that is much nicer to deal with and will happily give my money to them instead. Parting words of advice - at least try to be happy when answering the phone, especially if that is your job. It is not that difficult.
