Completely overpriced. Was only at our house around an hour and charged us $200. My husband figured out what the problem was and Joe wanted us to replace all our plumbing for "give or take $1500." I almost feel like he was trying to take advantage of us because we are younger.
Barely spent any time at my house. Did very little work and charged me big-time. Would never recommend.
Showed up on short notice and fixed my tub spout. Fast and friendly service. Well equipped to handle any situation.
