I had a horrible experience and I would avoid this company. They told me it would be about $180 to clean my carpets and I would need to talk to them about spot cleaning. When here, he gave me a quote of $1,200 and my carpet. He agreed to $300, which was a little high for me. He then rolled in his cleaner. It was not a typical professional one that is in a van. After going over the carpet upon completion, it was obvious that it was not very clean. The stairs were wet like normal, but the outside part of the stairs were almost dry. I paid, but wasn't happy. After drying it was obvious that a couple key areas were still dirty. He promised to come back and correct this morning and never showed up and didn't respond to my text inquiry.
