I had an amazing experience with Eco-Organic Carpet Cleaning! My rug was in terrible shape after being moved in a U-Haul and had several stubborn stains, but they brought it back looking brand new. The team was quick to respond, friendly, and very professional. Highly appreciate their service!

Wonderful experience! Especially with Saul and Edson. The rugs came back very clean and the delivery was great! They came right at the time they said they would and were able to help move furniture to put the rugs back in place. They went above and beyond and were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend!

It’s been 9 weeks since they picked up my rugs for cleaning, and I was told they’d be returned within a week. Since then, nothing. No updates, no accountability, no rugs. I’ve called multiple times and keep hearing “we’ll return it soon,” but it never happens. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. If you value your belongings or expect basic communication, look elsewhere.

Job completed on Jan 8th and rug arrived destroyed on jan 15th. I was told initially it would be 70 dollars than when the driveR arrived I was advised in order to remove the stain it would be 124.65. I asked them if the rug would look more fluffy. They describe no but the stain would come out. When my rug arrived it was matted in the center and the stain was still there. My rug was never matted with a huge knot in the center. The company stated the rug was already matted. I provided before and after photos and they decided to give me 120 dollar refund. When they saw I created a google/yelp review they immediately decided to not provide a refund unless I take down the reviews (text proof attached) and sign a legal document. They began to call me names because I refused to take down my rev

I can't recommend these guys enough. They did such an amazing job... It's absolutely worth it to do the sanitizer on top of the steam cleaning. They left on time and my house looks so clean, makes me and my wife (most importantly) so freaking happy. I'll be doing this every year in the spring now. Super professional. Very reasonable pricing, I couldn't be happier. Do not sleep on these guys. Way better than the stupid Stanley steemer services. Go local, and you will be impressed with the results.
