EcoClean Restoration

I called EcoClean in the late morning of a Thursday. Shiv was out to my house by 3pm the afternoon of that same day to pre survey the water damage that had been done by frozen pipes that had bursted and started to thaw. He quickly evaluated the damage and put a plan into place to have a team there early the next morning to start water removal, dry out, and removal of damaged material. The EcoClean team was very thorough and careful with my belongings that had to be relocated within my house. They even returned to my house immediately, same day, after all the plumbing leaks had been located, to do more work of drying out my house. We had a great experience with EcoClean from start to finish! Finding mold in the kids' basement play area was disturbing, but EcoClean made the whole process stress-free. They came out immediately to do an evaluation and got me scheduled for remediation/removal the following day. After the mold was taken care of, they were super easy to communicate with regarding the restoration of the basement area. Highly recommend! I had a serious mold issue. I had 3 quotes but I decided to go with EcoClean even though it was the higher quote. I went with them because Shiv came in and said, "we have to find the cause". I felt that was how the process should proceed and the other companies never suggested finding the cause. I have been totally happy with the result. This was a huge project and his crew was excellent and proficient. Shiv made suggestions along the way which have proven to be "right on". I highly recommend EcoClean, you will not be disappointed.
