Brian Davison has been serving our heating/AC needs for about 25 years and we've been extremely happy with that service. Where Brian really excels is service after the initial sale. He's always there when we have a problem. For example, we had an issue with our heat pump systems, and the manufacturer really dragged their feet on getting the in-warranty repairs done. Brian stuck with it, advocating with the manufacturer on our behalf until they made good on their warranty obligations. Brian gets the job done.

I can't rate them highly enough. If I could give them a 10 star instead of 5 star I would. The owner came out first and checked the issue on our old system at no charge. He was very professional, straight forward and provided me with a reasonable quote. Harley the installer was extraordinary, very polite, respectful and took his time to do an excellent job installing the new system . He even removed my old system hauling it away so I didn't have to. These people are great, personable, honest, knowledgeable, clean and timely as promised. The installer added air conditioning to our existing Bryant gas heating system. It was installed quickly with true expertise. You cannot even tell it was added. He raised the entire indoor system to install the cooling coil, It was a great job done by a very polite and efficient person. We are thrilled. I have had extensive experience with designing hundreds of tons of specialized Air Conditioning in Hi-Tech commercial buildings and have not had a better experience than this one for my own home. Couldn't be happier with the services provided by Economy Air Systems, Inc.!!!!!! When asked to give us a quote for removing our existing 40+ year old electric forced air furnace and replacing it with a new unit and a heat pump with A/C, Brian was able to schedule an appointment to come look at what we had within days. He was very professional and answered all our questions and within a day provided us with an estimate that was half the price of 5 of the competitors in this area. Once we had decided to go with Economy and signed the paperwork we were notified within the week to schedule in install date. WOW! Could not believe it. These guys are amazing! We had quotes from a few other companies before finding them. Other companies wanted 2-4 thousand more for just an ac install. With Economy we got the ac installed and a new furnace at a lower price from people we felt were trustworthy. Having dealt with some horrendous customer service from the company we were going to go through we were relieved and had both units in within a week. When we started having trouble with the ac this last week (not due to their fault) they made it a priority to get us taken care of before the great June heat wave of 2021. Brian is on top of the game with his communication and he and Harley both provide excellent customer service.
