Updated with more precise description: We have had great service and reasonable pricing with these guys in the past. Our furnace installation went great. However…The last two experiences have been terrible. No heat over the holiday didn’t seem to result in an emergency call. Although they did come out within a few days, the diagnosis was wrong or something was missed. The furnace ran until they left and stopped again because the wrong issue was addressed (or not all issues?). BOTH TIMES, at TWO DIFFERENT locations, two to four trips because of a misdiagnosis or delayed repair the first time. And the charge for just a diagnostic call is now $130. I don’t know if they are short on time or people, but I’m really upset about the service lately, and the cost. It doesn’t make me want to call

I scheduled a CLEANING of a split unit during the period of winter 2026 when we were in the single digits. They scheduled me, the gentleman arrived, held his hand to the unit and announced "its working". I replied, "Yes sir, it is, but it needs cleaned." He said he didnt bring cleaning supplies and that I needed a larger unit. I could schedule a cleaning in the spring. And charged me $135 for a total time of 7 minutes.... I waited to write this review because I live alone and didnt want him showing up if I complained about him. I will eat the $135, but dont recommend this company.

(Update: the fact the owner admits she was the one who knows nothing about her own systems she installs, tells you all you need to know about the customer experience at this place. This boomer literally describes her own behavior in her own response to this. What kind of business owner lays out personal attacks in the review section?? 🤣 RUN don't walk away from this business. ) Customer service just wanted to argue and I just needed to talk to someone who knew something about the system to help me troubleshoot. She was totally patronizing, argued with me, was defensive, and dismissed my frustrations with how badly this system was installed. Excellent Company! They are very efficient and informative regarding updates on your furnace problem. I would recommend them to any one needing furnace repair. They are a great company in all aspects, from start to finish.

I started off my furnace and air conditioning journey with a different company through AHS. They came and gave and estimate but said they would do nothing unless I installed a chimney liner. It's the middle of November at this point and rather cold at night with no furnace. It felt like blackmail. I took the measly cash payout upon completion from AHS and decided to go through Economy and get both units fixed. Alexa was supremely nice any time I called. And the one who came out to give the estimate was very nice and understanding and gave alot of attention to detail as to how they would do the install. I didn't catch his name. The day came to do the furnace and ac. I felt like they sent the entire crew. Lol. I told the 2 guys there at that time, that I would let them alone to do the work.
