Joseph was just awesome!! I so appreciated how friendly, informative and knowledgeable he was. He was able to answer all my questions and offered helpful related information that I didn’t even think to ask. In a day and age where excellent customer service is hard to come by, Joseph’s interest in making sure I was satisfied with his service was particularly appreciated. We had an all around negative experience with Jimmy. He was defensive about poor service, didn’t communicate with team members about service, arrived an hour late for an appointment he made and then still missed areas on the follow up exclusion visit. His crew left sharp tools in our yard and drug a ladder across our siding while working.

Excellent job! Great customer service by Brady and great service from Andrew. I would highly recommend. Box elder bugs and ants are a nightmare where I live. Photos are from first service! Impressive! Dead bugs everywhere. Woohoo. Thanks Ecoshield, Brady and Andrew!!

My partner and I moved into an older house that needed some serious yardwork and property recovery a few years ago. We were offered discounted service after getting a chance to consult with one of the managers for the EcoShield team, and him walking through some of the common pet problems with the houses in our neighbourhood. Over the last few years our quarterly appointments helped greatly in reducing the number of mice around our home, and drove many of the seemingly infinite ant colonies to a distance. We were given advice on how to clean up some of the property to reduce animal infiltration after each appointment and the changing conditions on the property as we cleaned up the area. Predatory sales approach, rep told me she worked with people on my block including specific houses - asked those people later to discover she was lying. Wanted to reschedule my service to when I actually have the issues (spring and fall), they said it was out of their 150 day window and I had to get serviced in January when I did not need it ($200+) or they would cancel me as a customer. The actual person who came and out to do the service was great, the company's corporate team (sales, customer services, etc.) is awful.
