Thanks to Knight, my account was overdrawn. I've been waiting on an insurance check to arrive so I could pay bills. I got a text message on Thur Feb 5 saying my last contracted treatment would be 4 days later. I called Friday and said my contract says the last treatment is in March not Feb. And I also didn't have the funds. Knight looked at his computer and said his said Feb and there was nothing I could do. And asked if the check would be there within a week. I said it should but not for sure. So I was upset and just said schedule it then but I want an email confirmation of everything I said. I didn't get an email. I called Monday right away when the office opened and told them to reschedule again because I never got a confirmation. They were already at my house at 8am. So the operator

Service was ok, the individuals who came out to provide service listened to and addressed my concerns/needs. The problem came in when I asked to skip my January quarterly service. 1. I received notice that my quarterly was scheduled for Jan 27. If I needed to re-schedule, call within 24 hours of service. 2. I called and asked to skip this quarter. A. No noticeable pests. B. They're probably frozen. 3. Was told that in order for their chemicals to work properly, I couldn't skip. I said, then cancel all together - forever. If I am messing up the chemical process by skipping a quarter, then no need to continue the service through proceeding quarters. 4.
