Excellent service. Highly recommend this company and especially Serge. He was able to answer all of my questions and ease my mind about our pest issues. Serge goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He takes his time and is very thorough. You can call around and get estimates, but what really stood out for me were the Google reviews for this company and particularly Serge. And he definitely lives up to his 5 star reviews. :-)

This is the second time I've used EcoTek and I will not go anywhere else! Their customer service, the results of their services... everything about this company has been top-notch, exceeding my expectations. Serge is the one who came out this last time and was polite, informative, thorough... everything that you would want in a service representative of a company.

Serge was GREAT! He came super fast the next morning after I called to take care my yellow jacket issue. It was nice that he went over everything he was going to do. And the price was very fair. Thanks EcoTek!

I think it's important to note that I was offered a $10 credit to write a review the day of the service. I am writing this review 2 weeks after my service date. As someone who uses reviews to decide on businesses I will contact, I wasn't going to write one until I could be honest. Sergey, the tech that came out, was awesome (timely, professional and very understanding.) I was freaking out over what seemed to be a sudden onset of mice. I am pleased with the results of the service and feel the traps are working as Sergey explained. They also require you to commit to a 1 year contract before any service will be completed. They will check and re-bait the traps quarterly. I was hesitant, but I do see the value as there isn't a quick fix and their reputation is on the line. So far, so go
