Purchasing and building a home with Greenstone has been, overall, a huge success. In the beginning, there was so much to learn; it was almost overwhelming. However, once the process started, it was seamless. Choosing everything from paint, to cabinetry, carpet and finishes was so fun. Visiting the Design Studio anytime we chose made it even more special. The Greenstone timeline runs like a well-oiled machine. Any issues were attended to and fixed quickly. We are very happy with the quality and workmanship throughout our home. A truly wonderful experience!!

My partner and I recently had a home built in the Trutina community in Liberty Lake. Kristi Green was our contact person with the Greenstone company. From the beginning of the 8 month process, Kristi was very responsive. If we had questions she would gather the information needed and that helped us through the design phase and helped us make decisions. During the construction phase, Kristi visited our property on a regular basis and took video footage of the house under construction as we lived on the other side of the state and were not able to see it ourselves on a regular basis. whenever we had questions about whom to contact for what, Kristi was knowledgeable and responsive. I am so happy with the building experience I had with Greenstone! I have built several houses with other builders and this one exceeded my expectations. They offer a wide range of price points and the add on and upgrade options are really great. The quality of the home is remarkable for the price. I received video updates all through the build process so I could see my new home in every stage. The communication all the way through was so good. The process is dialed in and well executed but I didn't ever feel like a number. It was somehow still personal. The design center is amazing too. Well done Greenstone!

Absolutely junk, horrible construction, cheep cheep cheep finishes, Julie the agent has no clue on this product or just lies. Siding was loose, raw wood all over the exterior because of such a horrible paint job, lighting in and out flicker constantly, windows leak and get extreme condensation covering all the windows , faucet leaks and drips , glue all over flooring back door pops open and slider won't close bangs on the frame, LANDSCAPING we paid way to much for was unrecognizable as landscaping, back flow runs leaking like a faucet, garage fire tape was all curled up and falling off, down spouts and gutters are bent and loose, dishwasher doesn't dry .. cabinets are broken , screen door won't open s reached the black track and they just cover it up with pen.
