They have a good selection, prices were okay but communication was as poor as some of the installation.(unlevel tiles, multiple cracked tiles installed, improper finished hardwood floors) If you take any advice DO NOT let them do raw hardwood finished on site. Unfortunately, due to our experiences, we would not recommend working with them. Our neighbor went with Great Floors and had a much better experience.

Floor & Home is doing an outstanding job on our Homes here at Lexar Homes. They have such an amazing range of products to choose from, a great design staff and quality installation throughout each job. We are very excited to have them as part of the Lexar team!

I had carpet and LV plank flooring upgrades installed in 2 new homes built by Active West builders. The product began di-lamanating- peeling up. I asked for repairs but told product was discontinued. No replacement warranty? However the good news is that Chase at Floor & Home by Carpet One went far out of your way to help to solve the problem with the faulty product. The solutions for the install made the finished job superb. The new floors are getting lots of compliments from all that visit the two properties.
