Ecotelligent Homes is and will always be our go to. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They encapsulated our crawl space about 7 or 8 years ago. The encapsulation was so solid that it mostly withstood recent excavation activity for a plumbing repair. Ecotelligent Homes was immediatly contacted to resuscitate the encapsulation. Scheduling was easy and we also received an efficiency report when work was complete. I have zero worries when it comes the integrity of this company and would recommend them to everyone.

I called several places recommended by the city and Ecotelligent Homes was far more professional and responsive then the other three I reached out to. Neal and Amanda (the owner) came out to assess and recomended 3 options taking the time to review the details and cost of each option. My recent experience with Ecotelligent Homes was exceptional. The project started with an energy audit and finished with new insulation in the attic and in the crawl space. Brandon did a great job of explaining the energy audit findings and presenting solutions to the issues. They were explained in easy-to-understand terms and he was able to answer all of the many questions I asked. I committed to most of his recommendations.
