Excellent experience from start to finish! I’m really happy I came across this place. I couldn’t be happier with the service and products John and Co. from The Kitchen Top Shop provided. After several disappointing consultations with large corporate stores who only wanted to sell me cabinets, a friend referred me to The Kitchen Top Shop. They built me a custom kitchen layout and were very patient with me as I when through several different options and plans. They took my 1940 built kitchen/dining room and turned them into an open concept modern space that transformed the feel of the entire house. I was referred to this shop by a friend, after suffering hard-sell and sticker shock at a well-known kitchen remodel shop. Another local shop was unwilling to do countertops without changing the cupboards. John, the owner, showed me more reasonably-priced options, and I decided on Corian. The material arrived quickly, and he was able to fit me into his busy schedule within 4 weeks. The crew came early and finished by 4:30. All trash was taken with them, and the garage and driveway were swept clean. Kitchen was all cleaned of work dust, and looks great. I am very happy with the new countertops and sink, and have already ordered some new cabinet pullout shelving for my next project with them.

John and the shop were amazing! He helped us maximize storage and made the design look wonderful. The cabinet installation went quickly and smoothly and looks amazing. I would 100% recommend john and the kitchen top shop!

Being new to Michigan, we didn’t have a clue who to go to for new kitchen cabinet tops. We did some searching and inquiring and found The Kitchen Top Shop as a possibility. We discussed our needs with John and came up with a plan. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. He had the expertise we were looking for. He was not pushy and was attentive to what we were looking for and yet offered suggestions. The installation went very well. The crew was excellent in the installation making sure everything was done correctly. The crew maintained a professional attitude throughout the process maintaining a clean workspace the whole time. Remodeled my kitchen and wanted laminate counters (which is almost unheard of). They have a great selection! Everyone there was helpful and patient with the process. My counters are just as beautiful as I imagined they’d be. I couldn’t be more happy!!
