I had a fantastic experience with Ecotemp when they repaired my condensing/leaking ducts and replaced some damaged sections. They were incredibly responsive - Michael came out the next day to diagnose the issue free of charge, and two days later, the repair was completed. No delays, no runaround. Michael's depth of knowledge was immediately apparent when he came out and diagnosed the issue, he took the time to explain the issue and solution in a way that was easy to understand. The repair was done with precision, and the team was professional, efficient, and respectful of my home throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend Ecotemp to anyone looking for a reliable, high quality HVAC service.

This is the worst company ever. They are outsourcing their helpline. You have to go through an email to to get contact. The contact is a computer operated AI. We have been without hot water for 2 weeks. Still back and forth with email. Sent them pictures. Explain what the situation was. Still back and forth with emails. Never was able to get a response that was helpful in any way. Just wanted more information even though we had sent pictures and emails and then got nasty email back from them. I have turned them into the better Business bureau. Do not I repeat. Do not buy anything from this company. It's been nothing but a pain and very costly !!

Best heating and air conditioning company EVER!!! I Got their services last month and now I never have to worry about the temperature ever again. Highly recommend
