Ecotreck Remediation is a solid, highly professional, respectful, courteous, and thorough company whose employees all treat you like they own the company. In a nutshell, this company truly cares deeply about making your home right and solving problems individually to exceed your expectations. I could not give them a higher rating, and those words are not taken lightly. I trust Ecotreck immensely. Love these people!

Read til the end. Richard ran our project and did a great job. Very well done. He’s trustworthy and thorough. Our contractor was very impressed by Richard and his team. I wish I could give EcoTreck a great review, but our experience ended with 13k of unexpected billing at the end of the project. Their sales person told us multiple times that we would never see that estimate go up. Though I will point out that it does say in the estimate that it could change. They also took down the containments before we could get a clear post remediation test. The only test we had done before the containments were taken down showed Stachybotrys still in the air. They said the inspectors only said they needed to clean not retest. So EcoTreck came back and cleaned and took down containments same day, but

Steve was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process from quoting to getting the job done. Remediation work can be daunting, but he was super helpful with explaining the process and help us stay in budget.

I cannot say enough about not only this company, but the people that work for it. Angel has been truly that, an Angel. She has been there for me countless times and never fails to do whatever she can to help me. I have CIRS and there is always a sense of urgency that she and Kate not only understand, but work to help me through every time. Kate is awesome!
