I am absolutely appalled by the service I received from Ed Castro Landscaping. It's truly astonishing that such a company can still be in business. From the outset, the project was plagued with mismanagement. The designer, Hannah Seaton, was unresponsive and unhelpful, and the project manager, Steve Lofstrom, acted as if it was his first day managing this small landscaping project. The final product was a far cry from what I had envisioned and what I had paid for, with many of the plants arriving dead upon delivery and 3x smaller than what I paid for. To add insult to injury, they refused to replace or refund the cost of the dead plants and exchange the wrong plants I received, despite clear evidence of their condition and size.
