I had no choice but to give one star to leave a review. I was so glad to hear this “business” closed. They sold us a lemon unit and even through several repair calls they refused to replace the unit. Just a couple years ago it went out, and the company that contracted through Duke Progress (Jackson & Sons ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) came out and said that all the parts that were on the unit that had been replaced were off market and parts that were taken from old units. Some were below the required voltage. He explained that a part was left exposed to the weather that was supposed to be covered. When EPI was last here they were evasive about coming back out and the office manager that came out to look at the unit was going to call me the next day and pull the service records about getting a extension on the

Since this company was taken over by Driver Heating and Plumbing, they have absolutely gone down hill. I called on a Monday with an air conditioning problem. The air handler was not blowing. They said they would be here Friday between 2 and 4. I called Friday morning to confirm appointment and she said they would be here. Around 3:30 Friday afternoon they called and said they couldn't come due to "possible rain or storm ". The work was all inside work! Weather would not have been an issue. They said they would try first thing Monday morning. I told them my husband was going out of town so it would need to be early. I finally received a call at 10:15 Monday morning which was too late at that point. We had to find a different company to come, which they did on Saturday! I absolutely love

Have NOT received refund for a full Fan unit that I paid for September 23rd (ten) days ago. It only took 24 hours to charge my card. This is the second time a case has been miss diagnosed by the same Technician. Been doing business with the company for 20 years. I am Totally Concerned about my refund and Dissatisfied with the Service.

I was visiting my mom from out of state and her heat went out. Call the day before Thanksgiving and they came right out and took care of my mom's unit. My mom unit went out once before and they brought heaters to stay warm until the parts came in. It's such a blessing to still have a company that cares about people and their well being. God bless!!

My mom has been waiting on a part for a unit installed by this company for one month!!! She was told that if she tries to use her heat (27 degrees this morning!), there's a possibility that carbon monoxide may be released into her living environment. She has been offered space heaters until they get the part. No one has given her an estimated time of arrival of such part... I think this is TERRIBLE LACK OF SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION on Ed Phillips Heating AC company!!! Surely it SHOULD NOT TAKE A MONTH TO GET A PART!!!! ON top of it all, my mom is the one who has been calling for updates... Shame on this company for making her wait so long... and to try and patch it up with space heaters!!! ED PHILLIPS WHERE IS THE PART???? I am only giving the 1 star so I can post this review....
