Jim N. did a great job. Had a serious leak and he came at the earliest time he could, only a couple of hours wait time. Very professional. Knew what was needed to fix the shower problem. Explained it clearly. Would highly recommend this company.

I guess it depends on who you are how well of a job they do. I have frozen pipes the guy walked around for 10 minutes saying it was nothing he could do. Another guy blew the heat gun on the pipes for a hour. The other guy said well I'm here for a hour because I have to charge you for the hour. They left me with frozen pipes. they did not use any tools to determine what area was the coldest to blow the heat gun, they just blew the heat gun in one area and left. very disappointed waste of money.
