Eden Construction

Eden Construction recently completed the screen porch that I have long dreamed of building. Because I’ve heard Rick on the radio for decades, and he comes across as helpful and a straight shooter, I decided to go with his company. Both he and his support person, Bill, made it happen. They are great communicators and easy to get in touch with. The screen porch is beautiful. It’s a wonderful addition to my home. I really should’ve done it years ago!

Great company to work with! We had a unique situation with our sun room which required some "outside of the box" thinking. Eden worked with us and went out of their way to find a way to get us what we wanted. I highly recommend Eden Construction.

We had to have an old aluminum screened porch and slab totally removed and replaced. Someone recommended Eden Construction. We had to wait awhile before they started - which they warned us we would - but once they started, they worked on it until it was completed. They were great to work with and did a superb job. We’re very glad we followed that recommendation.

We chose them to install windows due to their warranty claim. An email from their "project consultant" states "Our Eden construction warranty is to supply labor to install the material supplied by Simonton if there is a warranty claim." The balancer broke on some of the windows that needed to be repaired. When I called Eden Construction, they said to contact Simonton. When I told them about the email (I saved a copy of the email), I was told that they do not know what that email means and that person no longer works there. They would not honor the warranty. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars to Simonton for labor to fix the balancers. I would have never chosen Eden Construction if I knew they were not going to honor their warranty claim.
