We had a wonderful experience with Edgewater from start to finish! Everyone we worked with was kind and very knowledgeable. If it wasn’t pouring rain, they were here working on our project! We are so pleased with our new pool (They removed an old pool before starting the new one)! I would highly recommend Edgewater!!

We had an excellent experience with Edgewater from start to finish. The design experience was very collaborative. They were receptive to all my ideas and my vision completely came to life. There were NO “pool nightmare” experiences here. The only time we waited on anything was with the grill area because we didn’t choose our appliances on time so we had to wait on things to arrive and then we got out of the queue…. Not their fault. The selection process was easy, everyone was responsive and professional, the finished product is incredible. And when we had a couple questions after the fact, they came out and looked at things and answered quickly. I hired someone to take care of the pool for us, otherwise the only thing I’d say is that their “pool school” is VERY fast and it’s SO much inform

I would absolutely recommend Edgewater Pools. We moved to the Charlotte area in July 2018 from upstate NY. We knew we needed a pool that first summer. We started in Dec 2018/Jan 2019, and met with Mike Stone and the team. Once we decided on Edgewater, low and behold, we find our electrical supply line right where the pool is going. We get Duke to move the line, but that was an unforeseen delay not caused by Edgewater. Mike was excellent in the design and options, and helping us pick out tile, depth, shape, stone, and Pebble-tech, etc. The crew (Greg, Rick, Kerry, Jamie, Josh, Herbie, & Jesse) were always pleasant, answered questions, and knew what they were doing. We knew via email from Amy (also great to work with) what was happening each week and what to expect over the next 4-5 months.
