James Restoration

We had fiberglass contamination in our home. Lorne spent 1/2 hour with my husband on the phone that same day of contact. Lorne and Jack came out the next day to inspect and take photo's of the fiberglass. They never asked for anything, they were down to earth and a honest. We had another company that wanted a $500 nonrefundable just to come out to the house. We highly praise them for their honesty, professionalism and hard work ethic

James Restoration did a great job on my water damage and mold caused by a roof leak. They replace a wall and a section of the ceiling promptly. They went the extra mile to reinforce the support for my storage rack that I had hanging from the ceiling. I highly recommend them.

When we noticed some black spots growing on our ceiling. After cleaning them, we got concerned there may be something bigger going on, and called James Restoration. Lorne came out, took his time looking around the property, tested for moisture in the wood. After some discussion about recent improvements/changes in the area in question, he suggested a wait and see approach. We really appreciated the honesty and thoroughness of his inspection. Will definitely give him a call if the problem persists.
