I recently had need of a good HVAC contractor while at work. John called back within 5/10 minutes and was able to put me on the schedule for later that day. NOT being home, I explained that my wife would be there and she had nothing but great things to say. John and his son showed up and were able to asses the situation, explain everything to my wife and I, gave us a reasonable fix with affordable pricing.
