Mike was absolutely phenomenal! I reached out due to my great grandmothers heat going out. He was very prompt, and talked me through what a family member had already assessed. Any other HVAC technician would’ve probably been annoyed but you can tell he cared about my concerns and questions from what I previously was told. I had to jump through a few hoops on my end to get the information Mike needed, but he was so patient and stayed consistent with communication! In less than 24 hours of reaching out he was able to get the heat working in my nanas home and even sent a text “Nanas all set!” I will definitely recommend Mike, he’s professional but also a great guy! Mike has been like a detective in trying to solve the mystery of why my relatively new mini-split system isn't working as it should. Our split-system A/C stopped working and we contacted Kool Katz due to their excellent reviews. Mike came out the same day, on time and for a reasonable fee. He was honest and he did not try to upsell us. He taught us things we could do to prevent future calls and explained why our system wasn't working. He even checked out our other HVAC system while he was here for no extra charge. Turns out the system just needed some basic maintenance and Mike was done in less than an hour. Overall we were pleased with Kool Katz and we highly recommend!
