Furnace went down. Called Ed’s service and received a call back very quickly. Damien arrived promptly and found problem immediately. Had controller on truck and had furnace operating correctly. Serviced and checked boiler for reliability. Was 9pm when this happened. Very pleased with services performed.

Not something I do but after being a town resident my entire life my family living here over 50yrs and a town employee for the last 13yrs I have never had an issue with this company til now! My mother called for oil through an assistance company and when she called this company (ed's garage) to make sure everything was set up the woman on the other end was very rude and blamed my mother for calling in an order now and not earlier like the lady would prefer due to the storm last week which my mother would have done if she had a working furnace at the time. The brand new furnace just got installed after over a month of struggling to figure out how to raise $14k to replace the old one. Now mind you my mother is in her 70s and recently has been diagnosed with alzheimers on top of the fact that

We have been a customer of Ed’s garage for 40 years. And throughout those years they have replaced 2 furnaces and patched our oil tank until it could be replaced. They have always been courteous, efficient and always do great work. The budget plan has been the best for budgeting an even oil payment! We will be with Ed’s forever! My boiler was dirty and broken and my usual maintenance guy couldn't be bothered. I called Ed's Garage and a very pleasant woman made an appointment for me for 2 days later (they were doing a big job or would have come sooner) a technician by the name of Fred came to service us. He was very respectful, friendly, smart and humble about explaining the mechanics of what went wrong with the boiler. If I could give more start I would! We are only using this company from now on for service needs and thinking about switching to them for oil delivery. THANK YOU Ed's for providing exceptional service!
