So Low Oil LLC

I use this company for my regular oil delivery as the price is great and they are so friendly. Specifically tonight, my kids and I ran out of oil suddenly. With the holidays and everything I wasn’t paying attention. I called (ugly crying because the stress this year has been unimaginable) for an emergency delivery and the owner himself came out in less than 2 hours! I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing and fast service!

They're in Canterbury Connecticut I called them on the phone. Person was very pleasant price was reasonable Canterbury to Griswold is 3 miles away the girl told me unfortunately after I wanted to order that they don't do this part of Griswold Nikko oil Has no problem nobody else has ever not delivered in this area if they were relatively close go figure I won't be buying from them obviously their loss not mine

The company has delivered to me in the past without issue, they park in front of the house on street where there is a break in the stone wall as I have requested. Nothing to climb over, and it's a direct run to the fill valve. Today the driver came down my driveway opposite side of house and fill valve. When I asked to move to front he said I am not doing that with an attitude. Instead he wanted to pull the hose all the way around the back of the house to the front porch. Then he said I am busy today you can get oil from somewhere else. He was right, so i did.

I've been using this oil company for about 5 year's. Their website say's 24/7 emergency delivery and that their winter hour's are 7 a.m until close. I called at 7:11a.m and left a message then again at 7:20 a.m because I needed an emergency delivery. They called me back a few minutes before 8 a.m when I told them I had to call another oil company the women proceeded to give me an attitude. Nice to know how they feel about their loyal Customers needless to I have decided to find a more friendly place who treats paying customer's with respect.

Had been using So LO since we moved to CT. Called one morning for an ER delivery and was told it would be $25. Fine, of course. When I agreed she then stated oh well our truck already left your area for the day, will have to wait next day. Whats the 25 for then?! Thats not an emergency delivery, I hardly have to wait longer than next day anyway. The point of the fee is that they have to send someone out.
