Amazing experience! Every employee was that worked on this project was knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. Before beginning the job the team met to discuss all aspects ensuring that the right materials and process for installation was best for me. They kept me informed. The crew that installed was courteous and kept me informed with what they were doing. They met with me at the end of the day to make sure I knew what was going on next. Thanks to Liam, Daniel, Norm, Alex, Gerson and the install crew for the beautiful, quality roof. I can’t say enough about the integrity of all the employees of whom I had contact.

We discovered a leak due to ice dams. Guaranteed Roofing was prompt, courteous, and very helpful in our time of need at a reasonable price. They arrived within just a couple of hours of our call and removed excess snow and applied product to effectively melt away the ice.

We were very satisfied with the two Men from Guaranteed Roofing that shoveled our roof. They were careful not to damage our roof, worked safely yet quickly. They also cleared our dog’s walkway to the back door. Also, they came the next day after I called. Another company gave me a wait time of two weeks and they did not return my call. I had to call back.

Contacted Guaranteed Roofing to help with ice dams causing water to leak in my windows. They replied promptly and I sent pictures at their request and had a quote within an hour. I approved them to do the job and they were here within a couple of hours. They arrived and went right to work clearing all the snow off the roof, once done they cleared the decks and walkways of the snow that had come off the roof. Overall from first contact to final payment a very easy and professional process.

This company was a pleasure to work with. Excellent customer service and Alex was wonderful. He took plenty of time to answer questions and be sure we understood the whole process. He also went above and beyond to be sure he communicated unforeseen additional repairs to be certain we would authorize them. The whole team was professional and very hard working.
