Ed's Steam It Up - Carpet Cleaning

We used Ed's Steam It Up to steam clean our carpets. Ed pre-treated certain spots that have been annoying me for some time. We thought the final result (including stairs) was excellent. Ed was running a little late, but he called to let us know.

Ed showed up as scheduled and did a great job, cleaning living room and three bedrooms. I would definitely recommend his service. Always nice when you deal with owner operator.

Warning! Ed's steamed our carpets. They looked cleaner than before but after the chemical they used wore off, the carpet odors returned. I assume product dulls the scent receptors in nostril like febreeze does. Wife reached out to them within 2 weeks and owner stated if she called back sooner they would have done something, which is double speak for too bad. She went over their work with a bissel and a 25$ bottle of cleaner, which did a better job. 362$ down the drain. Moral of story is do yourself and save a fortune. If you want to have a company do it avoid the “steam clean” scam. It’s a crock. It don’t deep clean only will surface cleans

He made old dog urine stained carpets look nearly new. No signs of stains. Amazing work. I expected it to cost more. I am a happy old man .

Had carpets cleaned this week. They look brand new. Ed’s did a great job! Great price, on time, finished as promised. Highly recommend.
