When we turned on the water to our beach house, the second floor baseboard water pipes burst and leaked water through the ceiling and onto the first floor. We called Werner Plumbing at 8 AM the next morning and they sent two very competent technicians, Ray and Liam who arrived at 8:15 AM. They quickly determined the issue and replaced the pipe. When they turned the water back on, Ray and Liam identified two more broken pipes and fixed them as well. Ray and Liam were respectful, competent, and hard working. The repair charge was favorable. My gas got shut off by the city as they said the pipes were corroded and unsafe. Jim sent his crew out quick and gave us the best service and a great price. My experiences with him is very good and I wouldn't use anyone else.

We have used Werner for many, many years. Yesterday our heat went off (temperatures were in the teens with "real feel" below 0 degrees). We called Werner early this morning and someone was here within 10 minutes and had the furnace working. There were parts needed to make sure it would continue working and Ron from Werner appeared with the parts a few hours later to complete the job. I could not be more gratefull for the quick, efficient service!
