Schedule a repair for my icemaker. Showed up on time identified the problem made the repair for a reasonable price. Very easy to recommend Edward appliance service.

This guy usually does a good job, however the last time I had him come out to repair my microwave he misdiagnosed the problem and suggested I buy a new unit. I told him I was sure it was a faulty micro switch but he kept saying no I tested them and they are good. He ended up taking the unit down from above the stove and disassembling the whole thing. He finally tells me it's a bad start capacitor and he'll have to order it. He then puts everything back together and hangs the unit back up. The next day I ordered the micro switch for about $10 and installed in less than 30 minutes. Microwave works perfect now!

Edward responded next day after calling him, identified part needed for both stove top burner control & drain pump for dishwasher. He ordered parts & within days returned with parts. After less than 30 minutes he had both appliances working again. Edward is courteous, knowledgeable, efficient & highly reliable.

Very professional and responded quickly when our washer died. Price for repair was way better than I had anticipated, very fair. I recommend anyone with appliance repair needs to call Edwards! Thank you for helping us!

FANTASTIC first impression. Edward was thorough and quick. He came straight in and went to work after a quick greeting. He was courteous, knowledgeable, clean (he didn’t leave a mess), prompt, and he didn’t pressure me into buying anything. He gave me the options I had, and let me think about it. UPDATE: Had him come out to change an element in my island cooktop and he didn’t charge me a repeat service fee for coming back out to complete the job.
