Overall my experience with Gilberto's Roofing was fantastic. I reached out solely based on the reviews here and was not disappointed! We had been dealing with a leaky ceiling which we had patched up with a different company. I got an education hiring this company (never having replaced a roof before) and now I understand way more about what happens when there's a leak. That's valuable to me as a customer. I submitted my request on their website and they reached out the next day. All the options they could offer me were explained thoroughly and I knew exactly what to expect once the work began. Everything was done in a day pretty much and at a very reasonable price in my opinion. Highly highly recommend calling Gilberto and his team!

Gilberto and his crew did a fabulous job on our roof. We required tear off and new installation with some areas that needed repair from water damage. My son is a general contractor and Gilberto does work for him. He came highly recommended. Our home was a huge project and Gilberto had it completed in 4 days. Thanks to him and his crew.

I feel very good about choosing this company for my repair. Showed up on time and did the roof inspection. Found the where the leak was coming from and informed me of the other necessary improvements that was needed. Patched up the leak and didn't charge me nothing. Gave me a quote and time he would return to do the final repairs and vent replacements. Again arrived on time did the work and the final result is outstanding. Will definitely be using this company again... Money well spent😎

My great grandmother, (Anne Cartret) needed our roof replaced and a family member recommended Gilberto’s Roofing. The price was reasonable and they exceeded our expectations. We had never seen an entire roof (one story 3 bedroom home) be replaced in just two days! His crew cleaned up after themselves so well that you could hardly tell they had even been here! Needless to say they really outdone themselves and we won’t forget about the amazing work they’ve done. Without a doubt I believe they were the most efficient, cost effective, tidiest and polite crew in southeastern North Carolina hands down. Gilberto and his crew did an exceptional job removing and replacing my roof. They cleaned up at the end of every day and their work was exceptional. Attention to detail was exceptional. Highly recommend!!
