I had a great experience with this company. I called and they promptly answered my questions and scheduled the service for the very next day. We needed an inspection and septic pump for the sale of our home. They arrived the next day, completed the work and sent me all the paperwork needed to show that the septic system was inspected and pumped. I would highly recommend and the rates are very reasonable and on par for what others charge, this was a job well done. Thank you!

Great company! Called that afternoon and they showed up at 7pm, texted and called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. Took them 3 hours, practically in the dark, but they did a great job and were very friendly and helpful. They took our flash light by mistake and returned it the next day too! Y'all were awesome!!!

I was a monthly customer for 7 months until today. They skipped servicing me last week, again. They haven't made it today and the office lady said I'm on the Thursday schedule but I wasn't serviced last week nor today. She said both trucks were broke down last week but they were playing catchup this week but they had me marked off as having been serviced. I'm going elsewhere. They skipped me several times this year. The owners grandson is notorious to just look inside one and determine by what he sees and not pump.it. I'm paying for it...pump it out. If you go with PVI, YOU GO AT YOUR OWN RISK

I was truly impressed with Kim, who answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon. She was friendly and courteous. She even called me back to schedule service for Sunday. I scheduled for Monday and was pleased by the service provided by Timmy & his co-worker. They cleaned my septic tank & the filter. Also provided some much needed education on how to keep my septic system running as it should. I would certainly recommend these folks.
