My heater went out Sunday, called Monday morning and had a technician out by 1030. Kaleb was very professional, very thorough, and informative. The part was ordered and fixed by Thursday. He also noticed that after 11 years of installation it needed a good cleaning so for me hooked up with that. Kaleb also recommended yearly maintenance which is very reasonable price so now they will come out twice a year. Highly recommend and very thankful for their quick response.

We had a new HVAC system installed early 2023. The cost was good & the install perfect. We had a power surge & EAS took care of our system quickly. We had a mid summer weekend call & the owner himself took care of it. We keep our bi annual service agreement and every technician that has been in my home, has been professional. In today's fall inspection I was offered a UV light to improve air quality. My experience with this company has been FIVE STAR every time.

Bobby came to my house because of an issue with my thermostat. The company sent him out quickly. Bobby troubleshooted until he found a solution and did an excellent job. Blake with Efficient Air Systems was performing my scheduled regular maintenance on my system, when he noticed rusting and general wear and tear on the unit. It was close to 30 years old. He set me up with a quote. I had the entire system, including duct work, replaced. They scheduled the install and came with a good sizable team. They completed the work in one day. I am very pleased with the work and the A/C Unit that was installed. I have better airflow and much cooler air coming out of my vents. The entire team was very professional with Chris running the operation. Very pleased with the outcome.
