Sales department was very easy to speak to and very accommodating. The feeling I got was “what can we do to make your purchase easier”. Jennings Tractor, to me, still has what I would call the old school country southern hospitality people working for them. The ones that would jump through hoops to make sure they have a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend them and more than likely I will be buying many of my power equipment needs through them even though they are about 45 minutes from my home.

First time we went in, just to look , Trent was super personal, asked all our questions. We got a quote, that was two weeks ago. We went different place …. No one had customer service like Jennings Tractor ….. so today we went back , Yes we did buy from Jennings Tractor a Spartan 48” mower. You walk in as a stranger but walk out like a great friend to all of them.

Recently I bought a gravely compact pro 34 from them. Justin and Brittany were great to do business with. I drove all the way from baton rouge to buy from them. They had all the paperwork ready and mower ready too. Thanks.

This is one top notch company to deal with. They were prompt on their replies(I bought online) ,friendly and knowledgeable in person. They have a tremendous inventory in stock, and supplied me a the tractor and trailer I wanted. They took a lot of their time explaining the features of the equipment I bought and made sure everything was in perfect order. Thanks Trent for an excellent shopping experience!
