Wow, what service. I was concerned about my heat pump making a noise during this deep freeze. Derrick was able to set a visit quickly and ensure that my heat pump was functioning properly and will be good for this cold. Thank you.

I had ongoing issues with the ac cutting out. Three different companies over a 3 month time period with temporary success, even replacing the breaker. All tested and recommended a new compressor. Raymond listened to my story, checked the system, checked the breaker and wiring and located the problem. He stayed on-site about 30mins to test the repair. No new compressor needed, an electrical problem that was very easy to fix. They could have "quietly " fixed the issue and and charged me for a new compressor but were VERY HONEST and professional. They have been our go-to for the last 3 yrs. Every time we call, Derrick is quick to respond and come out himself or send someone from his team to help us. 10/10 customer service and they are reasonably priced. Good people and I recommend them to everyone I can!

Derrick replaced our heating and air last September right before Helene hit. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable and advised us of our options. When he removed our unit he showed us the inside condition of the unit and it was bad. So glad we replaced our 24 year old system when we did. This heat we are experiencing now would have finished it off. Also, our power bills have dropped. This system keeps the house very comfortable with a consistent even temperature.
