Woke up to a house at 58 degrees and no heat...googled some places and Justin was the first person I spoke to. He was very helpful, even tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone incase it was a super easy fix. Even though the other techs were booked Justin was able to come within an hour and get the job done right away. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't try to push for any extra parts/services/sales. I also appreciated him wearing shoe coverings and leaving everything clean. He worked quickly but also took the time to explain everything he was doing. We will definitely use this company again for any future HVAC needs.

Justin tried to troubleshoot over the phone prior to a service call which was very helpful, but we needed someone of come on-site. Matt was able to arrive within a hour! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained why the furnace wasn’t staying lite and how he was able to fix the connectors.

Purchased a relatively well maintained home in a new community. Inevitably, systems begin to fail and it becomes increasingly clear that you are going to have to drop big money to replace aging equipment. It can feel at times that service providers look for ways to take advantage of crisis to sell you expensive solutions. I knew after 5 minutes of speaking with Matt from Efficient that this wasn’t their modus operandi. He genuinely seemed interested in troubleshooting the potential causes of my issues and educating me throughout the process. The process of finding a reliable service provider can be daunting. Don’t hesitate to call and give them a shot. Very please with the service.

Great customer service. I wanted a smaller company which cares about their work rather than a large impersonal company. I am completely happy with their service. They installed a new thermostat and took the time to make sure I knew how to use it.
