Egner's Exterior Cleaning

We used Egners for years and had an associate who didn't know how to power wash our concreate (and this isn't the first time this has happened). It took way longer than it should have and my husband had to do more work after he left. They also charged me double what they charged last time and threatened to increase it by another 40% for the same cleaning next year. We will never use them again.

This was going to be our third time using them. Had a service scheduled for a year and was thought it was due yesterday. I was upset when no one showed up but it was my error I had the wrong day. I was very impressed as the owner called ( on his day off) and graciously explained my error. Great customer service!!

Owner did not come to home to look at stains and was given a thorough description by me of condition of pavement over the phone and informed of stains caused by plant residue. There was no rust. The technician was not supplied with the correct products and was unable to remove many of the spots. Owner stated he would not pay his young worker if I withheld payment until the job was completed correctly. Owner refused to remedy the problem. This company is totally unprofessional and does a substandard job.

My wife hired them to low pressure wash our 2 year old wash. What a farce! The man came and went in about 20-30 minutes and two weeks later she was helping me in our garden and noticed the screens around the lanai, what a mess! I had hoped that perhaps I could just spray the screens to get the soap streaks off to no avail. She called the company and he kept giving her excuses the last one that it was due to pollen. Pollen is yellow Avoid them at ALL costs!

Update - February 5 2025 - Still very happy with Egner's. Had the house cleaned again today along with the fencing - Joel was our technician. Very friendly and did a great job. Very happy with Egner's. We have had them clean our house twice now and they did an excellent job. Also, great customer service and friendly! Will definitely be using them in the future.
