Miscommunication between their desk to their crew, sent wrong people to visit. Changed the HVAC filter size without permission. Overpriced plumber service and easily got offended because the rejection of price and non satisfying quality work. Don’t hire them.

I was looking for this invoice and finally found it. These guys installed a dishwasher for Home Depot. I told them it was crooked. They explained to me that it had to be dead center leveled and they had to leave it like that. So I got my leveler and the bubble was still in between the lines, though not dead center and it’s perfect. But wow, they just made every excuse about how they couldn’t. Well it’s perfect now. No love lost. But wow how weird.

I have used Gochnauer for my heating and cooling for a # of years and I have consistently found them to be very professional and trustworthy. This weekend I had the need for emergency service as the furnace failed overnight and the inside temp was 59 degrees. Mark called me from the emergency service line within 20 minutes of my call. Additionally, he walked me through a few steps over the phone that enabled me to successfully reset the system avoiding the delay and cost of an emergency service call. Inside temp now going back up! Thank you.

Had EH Gochnauer & Sons replace all the pipes and the hot water heater in my home. They did all that in one day. The 2 workers were pleasant, efficient and the work was done right. The entire project was very affordable. We had expected to pay at least twice what we did. Very happy with EH Gochnauer. Will use them for all our plumbing needs.

Had a very bad experience. Has a clogged pipe and was having issues with it getting backed up. Two guys came and took a few “pipes” out of there truck and jammed it in the pumps and since it flushed a few times it was good for them. They decided not to use a camera to check if they got the clog or use actual equipment to unclog it. Needless to say less than a week later we were clogged up even worse. Also made us pump the septic tank because he stated it would need to be done to do it (it was done less than a year ago, so it was no where near full). Total cost was almost $500 and that was with a 50% discount since I had a mutual friend. Before starting we asked for a quote to replace the old pipes with plastic pipes under the ground and in the house, not much pipe. The quote was about 2-3
