Screaming for people to never use this company!! I would give no stars but this doesn't let me. I reached out to them for a rodent problem. Someone came immediately to do a walk around and send me a bill but then went weeks before someone came to put traps outside of the shop out back. There was an issue in the house out front and I was told special traps were ordered. A month later I caught a couple rats on sticky traps. I tried calling and no one got back to me. I then called another company who came to set up traps inside that same day. The new company was able to get rid of the problem within a couple weeks. Three weeks later an Ehrlich tech comes and REMOVES the other company's traps that were outside the house and puts their own out. The new company came to check the traps and were c

Shaun is a very friendly technician, he is sure to ask us for any concerns before he starts, explains what he will be doing, and stops in after to review what he found and what was used to treat. He is especially good at letting us know that the chemicals used are not harmful to any of our pets and children. He represents!!

Great service. The technician was informative, kind, and polite. Called in with an issue and they were out the very next day. Service was solid from start to finish.

Christy Robinson is the representative we use, She is phenomenal. When we needed an emergency service she came right out, same day! I would recommend her to anyone that uses Ehrlich Pest Control! We have a 71 bed facility and she does a great job! We pay quarterly so I’m unsure what the service cost typically is for day to day.

Paul Pilc is our Ehrlich exterminator, at a business. Its challenging, at best, at times, but he does a great job for us, and is beyond accommodating with scheduling! Would recommend Ehrlich any day!
