Grease Lightning Power Washing, LLC

We hired Grease Lightning to power wash our siding and roof, which had quite a bit of moss growing in it. Their estimate was almost 40% lower than other quotes we had received. They followed up afterwards to see if we were happy. When I commented that the siding looked fabulous but that it looked like some of the moss was returning, they offered to come check it out and did a second treatment on the roof at no charge. Our roof still looks great a couple of months later. Very responsive, high quality work! Highly recommend

We were in a bad spot because the house painter we hired had failed to remove mildew from our house's cedar shingle siding prior to staining. We were very fortunate to find Grease Lightning Power Washing, who came out on a *holiday* to do the work. Presto, the mildew was gone after the "soft wash" and the shingles look like new again.

We contracted them to clean our house and garage gutters and remove some heavy moss from areas of the roof. They came out and did a pre-treament of the moss and said they would return for probably a full day to finish the job. They also asked for full payment of the job at this time and I foolishly agreed and paid them. Dumb mistake. They returned another morning, cleaned the gutters and left around noon. My partner was home at the time, saw them leave and assumed they were breaking for lunch. They never returned, leaving almost all the moss on the roof, gutter debris on the ground and a receipt stuffed in the mailbox. We've not seen or heard from them since. Follow up calls went unanswered. We paid over $600 for a lousy gutter cleaning. If you decide to use them, make it clear they don't
