I contacted Jeremy from your company, and while I am unsure of his specific role, our conversation lasted less than five minutes before he declined to provide an in-person estimate. Even if my project were scheduled for this season or the next season, I would have appreciated an estimate due to its anticipated complexity. Given the financial investment associated with the services, it would have been beneficial to evaluate the cost-effectiveness. This experience has led me to conclude that I will not be seeking services from your company in the future.
