Ehrlich Pest Control

I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. I would not recommend Ehrlich Pest Control. Their customer service is terrible and they are extremely overpriced for the lack of service you get. My basement was filled with flies and mice caught in traps, and despite calling for three weeks straight, no one ever came out to take care of it. They constantly gave me the runaround and failed to show up when promised. For a company that charges premium prices, I expected at least reliability and professionalism, but I got neither. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for pest control.

Marquis was exceptional as always. He is professional and thorough in his work. He takes the time to listen carefully to his clients needs, and addresses all concerns. He is extremely personable. I appreciate the relationship he has established with us. He truly deserves a bonus for his expertise and customer service.

Made a Appointment in the morning,and don't show up right now 15:46. Call to customer service. No one can contact Technician.

We are absolutely beyond disappointed with Ehrlich’s availability schedule and lack of urgency. We called and spoke with someone on Sat because we have an ant infestation in our kitchen. The person I spoke with was not immediately able to schedule a technician to come to our house and said their scheduling dept would call us back. As of Mon afternoon, we had not received a call. We ended up calling and were able to schedule a visit with someone for Wednesday afternoon. Seriously? Is this how you handle urgent issues for your customers who pay $857 a year, $71.42 auto debited monthly? When we initially subscribed with WatchAll, they would have someone out to our house the same day or next at the latest. We are actively looking to change to a different service.

We have been using Ehrlich for a number of years and have been very happy with the service. A lot of this has to do with our technician Doug who is the best! He is prompt, knowledgeable and professional.
